Start Treating Carrier Companies as Customers

Many Broker companies disregard the fact that there aren’t many Carrier companies on the market, which makes them selective in their business relationship with the Broker companies.
When was the last time you neglected the call coming from a carrier’s dispatcher or the driver just to help better the client? For how long you placed them on hold to finish other things? Well, you should stop doing it because you might lose a valuable business relationship.
How many times they had to pay themselves the dry runs because of irresponsible clients and they usually never ask from the broker to compensate them. The least you can do is to pay them on time and treat them with respect, they’ll help you more. Once you build a trust, they will always choose you before other brokers even for the cost of a higher price tag.
The customers may return or may not, but the carrier companies usually stay the same for years and disrupting the relationship with them can be worse than the relationship with the clients, so it’s time to start treating the carriers as your customers.
Investing in a good relationship always pays off on the long run. We at Next Generation Company are always looking into your best interests.
